Hay fever relief medications such as Loratadine and Cetirizine are freely available to purchase at supermarkets, convenience stores and local pharmacy and do not require a prescription.
In 2025/26 NHS Kent & Medway spent over £2 million on medications for hay fever.

Eye drops
Soothes itchy, watery eyes
